1. Contact Fitibook

Use the contact form at fitibook.pl/en/kontakt or email us directly.

For account access, sign-in, app operation, privacy or technical issues, email hello@fitibook.pl. Contact telephone: +48 507 018 061. The operator is Kreokracja Piotr Dębowski, ul. Jaworowa 12/e, 32-020 Wieliczka, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 6782805932.

Include a short description, event date, club name and booking reference where relevant. For app issues, include your phone model, operating system and Fitibook version. You can attach a screenshot with unnecessary personal details hidden. Never send passwords, login codes, card numbers or CVV/CVC codes. We do not promise round-the-clock support or an immediate response. Consumer complaints are handled within the statutory period, generally 14 days.

2. Account, activation and password

Activate a new customer account in the app or on the website using the six-digit SMS code sent by Fitibook to the phone number provided during registration. The code is valid for 15 minutes; you can request another after one minute. Check your phone number and use the latest code. Earlier registrations may still use an email code. Password recovery uses email. If an older app mentions email during a new registration, check your text messages and update the app.

To recover a password, use the recovery option on the sign-in screen. One customer account works across clubs; you do not need another account for each place. If you cannot access your email or need account recovery support, contact Fitibook. We may request proportionate identity verification, but will not ask you to send your password.

3. Bookings, passes and payments

Booking details show the date, location, cancellation rules and status. To cancel, use the available cancellation option in your account. A waitlist entry does not guarantee a place; check whether your booking has been confirmed.

Contact the club named with the service about schedules, class quality, prices, passes, balances, sports cards or refunds due. Fitibook helps investigate technical issues. For a payment enquiry, include the order or booking reference, amount and date without card details.

PayU is available at clubs that enabled it. After interrupted or delayed payment, check its status before trying again. Returning to the app alone does not confirm payment. Refunds follow the applicable conditions and law; posting also depends on the payment provider and bank.

4. Notifications and marketing

Check notification settings in Fitibook and your phone’s system settings. Focus mode, lack of connection or device settings may delay delivery. Current booking information remains available in your account without push.

To stop Fitibook newsletters or promotions, email hello@fitibook.pl or use an available unsubscribe option in the message. For club messages, also contact that sender. You do not need to delete your account to withdraw marketing consent. Your date of birth is optional and can be removed in profile editing.

5. Account deletion and data rights

In the app, open Account → Delete account. On the website, open Account → Account settings → Delete account, or visit fitibook.pl/en/konto/usun. Read the consequences, confirm your decision and enter your current password. If you cannot use the feature, contact Fitibook support.

Deletion covers the global customer account and its club associations. Future bookings and waitlist entries are cancelled under their rules. Check balances, passes and ongoing payments beforehand. Deletion does not automatically refund all funds or remove a separate staff account. History needed for settlements, legal obligations or legal claims may remain. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

6. Content and other documents

Report image-rights concerns, an inappropriate review or unlawful content to hello@fitibook.pl. Identify the page, club or publication, explain the issue and provide a reply contact.
